So, what will you do with all that spare time?

The Person

You’ll know every customer. Maybe not straight away obviously but that’s the aim. You’ll know where they like to sit, what they normally choose from the seasonal menu, probably how many sugars even. They’ll be friends and you’ll treat them like that, it’s what makes running this restaurant so special and it’s why the customers keep coming back.

The Role

Reporting to the sites General Manager you’ll be responsible for:

  • All day to day restaurant operations
  • Managing a large front of house team and a kitchen with a dedicated group of chefs.
  • Leading on restaurant and customer service standards
  • Ongoing recruitment and training, staffing levels, health and safety, food hygiene and driving sales to maximise profitability.
